More people than ever are experiencing hardships paying their utility bills, many due to the pandemic. Utilities continue to educate customers on their options, including Deferred Payment Arrangements.
Take time to learn about DPAs by attending a 3-hour virtual learning session. This session is perfect for new utility employees, anyone looking for a refresher session, or the utility wants to start tracking DPAs in NorthStar.
