Joseph Owen, Director of Government Relations, will recap the legislative priorities conveyed to the Wisconsin and Michigan Congressional delegation by the 49 public power officials representing 24 communities who virtually attended the 2021 APPA Legislative Rally. Joseph will plan to cover federal and state actions pertaining to COVID recovery, climate policy and infrastructure and will also discuss emerging proposals of interest to public power utilities if applicable.
