Basic Utility Accounting and Finance: Building Blocks for Long-Term Financial Health

This full-day educational program is optimal for those member utility staff who have a direct role in the business operations of the utility including those with responsibilities that include management, budgeting, planning, accounting and/or finance. While this is a foundational class, the material will be accessible to those with all levels of expertise and will benefit those in the office and field.

This training opportunity will offer foundational concepts and best practice strategies for municipal electric utility application. The American Public Power Association-offered, in-house course will be led by two representatives from the local Baker Tilly: Ryan O’Donnell and Bethany Ryers.
