WPPI Energy earns third consecutive Top Workplace honor

An Update from WPPI

For the third year in a row, WPPI Energy has been awarded a Top Workplace designation by the Wisconsin State Journal, a part of Madison Media Partners, while also earning special recognition for having management that cares.

The honor is based solely on feedback from its 118 employees, gathered through a third-party survey administered through employee engagement technology at Energage and benchmarked against peers in the same sector across the nation. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, such as alignment, execution and connection.

WPPI placed second in the midsize category and scored significantly high due to operating by strong values, staff feeling genuinely appreciated, and supervisors that care about employee concerns. As in past survey results, WPPI staff were found to be more than twice as engaged as the national average.

The three words staff used most often to describe WPPI’s culture were flexible, friendly and collaborative.

This is the third consecutive year WPPI has participated in the Top Workplaces competition, leading to its third award as a Top Workplace. For more information, check out the Top Workplace Mid-Size category listing here: https://topworkplaces.com/award/madison/2023/100-299/
