Board of Directors

WPPI Energy’s Board of Directors consists of one director appointed by each member. Members also appoint an alternate director who may act as the director at any meeting in the absence of the member’s director. A member may remove and replace its director or alternate at any time for any reason by a notice in writing signed on behalf of the member, following WPPI Energy’s established procedure.
