Energy Assistance Administration
Wisconsin member utilities that have elected to retain their Commitment to Community funds can utilize income-eligible programs that WPPI administers. The programs are all designed to help relieve the energy burden facing customers that are struggling financially. WPPI works with members to establish program budgets, identify and communicate with income-eligible customers and satisfy their Commitment to Community spending requirement.
