Members who are implementing the PowerClerk platform are invited to attend a virtual training session to get acquainted with the software. Please plan to attend one of the two duplicate sessions coming up. The training, lead by Beth Carlson, Director of Customer solutions, will cover the topics outlined below.

- The overall internal process workflow for managing and processing applications
- How to manage individual assigned process steps
- Deadlines and notifications
- From testing to rollout
- Communicating about the new portal to local inspectors and potential applicants
