GIS Pole Inspections

Sign up for pole inspections with the assistance of the GIS drone to get a bird’s eye view of pole assets and images that qualify for approval by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin. This process can include roughly 25 poles per day. Working around wires, the drone captures images about 2 to 3 feet from the pole that include surrounding vegetation. Inspection photos can be taken from spring through fall, depending on weather conditions.
