MyAccount Refresher Training

Interested utility employees are encouraged to attend the MyAccount refresher training. These sessions are an opportunity to learn MyAccount basics as well as dive into some lesser-known features, and how everything works together for the best customer engagement experience. There will also be a discussion about the tools available to help your utility communicate MyAccount’s benefits to your customers.

The MyAccount Refresher training sessions will be held virtually:

• MyAccount Refresher 101 Virtual: W 2/28 9-11 a.m.
• MyAccount Refresher 101 Virtual: Th 3/14 1-3 p.m.
• MyAccount Refresher Advanced Virtual: W 3/6 9-11 a.m.
• MyAccount Refresher Advanced Virtual: Th 3/21 1-3 p.m.
