MyAccount Refresher Training
Interested utility employees are encouraged to attend the MyAccount refresher training. This will be an opportunity to relearn the basics as well as dive into some lesser-known MyAccount features, and how everything works together for the best customer engagement experience. There will also be a discussion about the tools available to help your utility communicate MyAccount’s benefits to your customers.

The agenda will be the same for each location and employees may select which sessions they wish to attend:
- 10 a.m. – NOON | MyAccount Refresher 101
- NOON – 1 p.m. | Lunch
- 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. | MyAccount Refresher Advanced
