MyAccount Refresher Training

Interested utility employees are encouraged to attend the MyAccount refresher training. This will be an opportunity to relearn the basics as well as dive into some lesser-known MyAccount features, and how everything works together for the best customer engagement experience. There will also be a discussion about the tools available to help your utility communicate MyAccount’s benefits to your customers.

  • 10 a.m. – NOON | MyAccount Refresher 101
  • NOON – 1 p.m. | Lunch
  • 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. | MyAccount Refresher Advanced¬†
