As a member of our knowledgeable team of finance and accounting staff, you will apply your full range of skills to:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Analyze financial statements and reports and provide commentary for reporting.
- Plan, implement and monitor financial information systems and business processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting and financial data.
- Assist with the annual budget development and plant funding analysis.
- Review and approve accounts payable and receivable transactions, expense reports, journal entries, reconciliations, and filings.
- Review payroll process and reporting and serve as payroll processor backup.
- Assist with the annual budget development and plant funding analysis.
- Manage requirements under debt agreements, including funding, repayment, and disclosure.
- Manage treasury functions including account maintenance, transfers, and credit cards.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Qualified candidates will preferably have:
- A bachelor’s degree, in a field such as accounting, mathematics, or business.
- Ten years of related work experience.
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Leadership or management experience.
- Strong mathematical aptitude, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, a customer service mindset, and a willingness to learn and contribute wherever possible.
Starting Salary:
- $120,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
